H1 transfer

If i file for H1 transfer from Company A to Company B.

1. Will i have option to work for company A if i do not feel good with company B after transfer.

2. Can company A cancel my visa during transfer. If so will i be out of status or i can keep working for company B immediately after filing for transfer whether its approved or not yet.

3. Its advised not to tell company A about transfer but as you are having many services from company like health insurace etc. What will you do with these after transer.

-YES if A dont write to USCIS and cancel your H1
2. Can company A cancel my visa during transfer.
----------------They cant cancel VISA STAMP, Visa Stamp is under DOS not under USCIS
If so will i be out of status or i can keep working for company B immediately after filing for transfer whether its approved or not yet.
--------------you can work with B once the H1 Transfer petition reaches USCIS or you get H1 transfer filing reciept(many take Precaution to join after getting H1 Transfer filing reciept becase sometime lawyer says SENT and they send petition LATE)

-file the Transfer once get H1 filing reciept or file with Premium processing then get approval in hand then inform the A that you want to leave. new Company B have to give Health insurence Talk to B. Search for COBRA Plan on google

thank you. If i do not want to tell exactly to company A are there any options to handle this. Also if i do not inform about leaving company A can they sue me for any thing like expenses etc.

Lets put it this way, if i ask company A to give me couple months unpaid leave, can i start working for company B.
