I applied for h1 transfer and received an rfe on Dec13th. A reply to RFE was sent on Jan 13th. I have 2 questions regarding this
a.) Does USCIS update the case status online indicating they have received a reply. Mine is premium processing
b.) Can I transfer my h1 based on previous h1 approval and current h1 receipt notice even wiht RFE pending? I have paystubs from both ex-employer and current employer.what are the risks involved. The reason I am considering this is that my current company is under trouble for not paying employers and has changed the name recently to something else.
The company was called Computech and now it is called CES. Any info would be appreciated.
