Hi, My prospective new employer is about to apply for H1 transfer. What happens if I change my mind after receiving the approval of transfer? Does my current H1 become invalid after the transfer?
NO current H1 will not become invalid. But if you dont make a decision about changing employers within 60 days of approval of the H1 transfer, your transfer h1 approval will become invalid.
