H1 Transfer

Hi Folks,

I need some advice with my situation here. I joined a new company recently and got my h1 transferred. My previous company had filed for my 140/485 but I had to leave. My new company is ready to file for my green card. What are my options here? Has anybody run into such a situation before. I would appreciate any feedback.

------ If the I-140 from previous company is approved AND I-485 is pending more than 180 days you are safe and can use AC21. The past employer can revoke/withdraw the I-140 before it is approved and if that happens then you don’t have choice and have to start new LC with new employer
My new company is ready to file for my green card. What are my options here?

I was wondering if the existing (pending) application (140/485) will create any hassles/problems for the new application.

------No problems, one can have more than 2 LC or I-140 filed or I-485 filed, relax and file new LC through new employer as back up AND try to be on H1 status
