H1 Transfer- Work for Old Company

Hi. I am working for Company A and i applied for H1 Transfer to Company B. Company B told me that i can start working for them after they get me a projects. I also got my approval from Company B. Its been 1 month i got my Approval letter from company B and never i got any projects. I am still working for Company A. Now I lost interest joining Company B as they are not able to get me projects and i thinking to work only for company A

My question here is

Am i still legal to work for Company A?. or as i did my h1 transfer i should join Company B.

you can work with A if A has not written to USCIS to revoke your H1.

Hi .Thanks for the reply. I guess the Company A which i am working for now doesnt know that i have transferred my h1b. so i guess he would not have told USCIS to revoke my h1.
