Hello Guys!!
I need help of some expert. I do not have my two latest pay stubs because I was on bench and my employee did not give me any pay. I know that is illegal for my employee. But now I have got a good job offer from another company and they are ready to transfer my H1. But I have a problem that I do not have recent pay stubs. I was also not laid off but was kept on bench. Please could some one suggest what should I do? Is there any way out for me? I will be very thankful for some advice.

You can tell your new employer that you dont have recent paystubs and let them know that you are ready to face any BCIS action (Normally- your h1 will be approved after a RFE but you need to go out of the country to get a new I94- a break of 2-3 days. ) by submitting whatever paystubs you have. Some employers think this as a hassle and refuse outright to process such case

Other option is to demand a paystub from the current employer.

Thanks for your response. But suppose, I am unable to get the pay stubs from the previous employer, then what happens? Normally, do the INS let people transfer after RFE or not?
