H1 Transfer with Receipt Notice?.

Hi All,
Iam currently with Company A and my Visa expire's in a month and Comp A has filled for an Extension and got the Receipt notice from INS for Extension.

Can I transfer to another Company (Comp B) with the Receipt notice obtained thru Comp A?

(or)

Should I wait for the Extension papers filled by Comp A to get approved, receive my H1 papers from Comp A and then Transfer to Comp B.

Note : I will be having my Receipt Notice only and my Visa wud have expired.

Kindly advise.

Any help wud be appreciated.

---- Not with receipt notice. What I suggested is after you get H1 extension approval notice form USCIS then you should file H1 transfer with new company( when you get your H1 extension approved and I-94 extended in your hands)
