H1 Transfer- Travelling to India

Hi,

I have two questions please take time to answer both if you can.

1) I got my H1 first time in DEC-2003.
Last Year in OCT-2004 I moved to a New Company and got a Fresh-H1
through the new Company . I am planning to go to India in DEC-05.
Do I need to go for stamping again???

2) My wife came here in May-04 on a H4 visa and she got a job and then
transferred to H1 in OCT-04. She is also planning to go to India in DEC-05.
Does she need to go for stamping again???

Any help is greatly appreciated.

She need visa stamp H1 to get her I 94 cited H1.

I have my first H1 stamped till 2007.
So I guess I do not need to go for stamping again,
but my wife needs to get stamped
