My friend got laid off from company A by Dec 2002 . But he joined company B after 2 weeks and transfered the H1 to company B .
company A h1 is valied till oct 2003 .
He got receipt for H1 transfer for company B on jan 2003 .
June 2003 he resigned from company B and joined company C .
he has H1b receipt for company C .
company B is not going to follow up for his H1B ( He thinks they are not going to cancel it , but may not follow up) .
He has pay stubs till Dec 2002 from company A .
He has pay stubs for Jan - june 2003 from company B
He does not have approved H1B from company B.
Question:
IS there any status issue during the period he worked for company B . ( jan - june 2003) ?
does h1b Receipt copy and pay stubs concidered as leagel employment ?
