I came here on H1B, working with my consulting company A for 6 months, as usual, they marketed me with a resume with 5 years experience. Now i got an offer with a Big consulting company B, as a full time and they are ready to transfer my H1B. Now my situation is, i didn't plan for H1 transfer, so they have my latest resume with unreal experience. My Question is: When i send my documents to USCIS, will they compare my old resume (the one i sent for initial H1B from outside US) by time-frames, companies, skills(development Vs Consulting ect.)?
Though i am not going to send fake resume to USCIS, i need to include some additional details in my responsibilities in order to justify that i am fit for this( as this job is more consulting then technical).
Anybody having knowladge on this, please tell me how deep do they review the old and new resumes for updates on skills, and employment details?
I appriciate your help and time.
Thanks.
