h1 transfer question....

My h1 is transferrred from compay A to B. Presently working with company
B and got my visa stamped with company B. Still company A H1 is valid, due to some reason,I want to go back to company A. is that possible to go back to old company (A) even after stamping with B.
 
Question of intent comes into play here

When you swithced from A to B the intent to abandon A needs explanation and also the "reason" to revert back from B to A. Please consult a lawyer who has done this successfully.
 
Valid reason

A layoff would be a valid reason to switch employers and you can always say that to avoid being out of status you had no other immediate options.
 
good to get the case filed.....

It\'s good to get the case filed again from the employer even if he has not withdrawn his previous petition. In the long run, you will realize that you did the right thing.
