H1 Transfer Procedure

Hi

I have a case. Here one person files H1 through an employer A and then company B files a H1 transfer for him. While the H1 transfer is still in process with company B, the person wants to join company C. So can company C file an H1 transfer while H1 transfer with company B is still in process?

2) Also in between if company A files for H1 cancellation, which is after company B files for transfer, would that affect transfer of H1 to company C in anyway?

Better wait B H1 transfer to be approved, you can also upgrade to premium processing and get the transfer approved in 20-25 days

But if its not possible to wait for the person for the B H1 transfer, is the C H1 transfer legally possible?
