company B applied my H1 transfer from Company A. They told me that they are doing it by Premium Process. Initially they told me that my visa was approved and I need not worry. Though I asked for recipt number they did not provide me. As they told me my H1 got approved several times, I joined Company B and started working on their pay roll.
They applied for transfer in 1st week of May '06. In July they told they got a query on my H1 and then they sent me the H1 transfer application received confirmation email from USCIS. When I checked the status of the application on USCIS, it says "On July 11, 2006, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case....." .
The query was for my last pay stub with company A, which I din't had but I provided the bank statement for that month & previous month showing Payroll direct Diposit.
My company B attorneys prepared documnets and sent it to USCIS on 14th July '06.
Here my questions are:
1. Is that possible to get Query after getting Visa approved
2. How long will it take to get my Visa approved
3. I want to go to India for my brother's marriage. My Company A visa is valid till Sept '2007. Can I go to India on that Visa.
4. If I have to go after getting Visa approved form Company B, then is it required to get Stamping with new Visa in India.
