H1 Transfer - No pay stub

Is it in anyways possible to do a H1 transfer without a pay stub? Was on bench last few months. Got a job now, and would like to transfer and start with the new employer ASAP.

I had noticed on some sites that
CIS needs either an employment letter or paystubs.

Could an employment letter showing that I continue to be employed, suffice?

I would be getting one paystub end of this month from the current employer, but that would the first in a while (which would be clearly noticeable, if CIS reviews the paystub).
Should I wait for it, and send that paystub with the application, or should I file with the letter, and wait for the approval/questions?

Please let me know your views. Thanks a lot.

---- for H1 transfer you need recent pay stubs. The best option for you will be that you request new employer to pay your wages to your H1 holder for 2-3 months and let your employer generate pay stubs and pay you. once you have recent pay stubs then file H1 transfer. if they agree you new employer can be contract position for 2-3 months. This will be in your intrest and you will get H1 transfer.

------ try to get 2-3 pay stubs , then it will be better
Should I wait for it, and send that paystub with the application,
---WAIT and get 2-3 recent pay stubs only then file H1 transfer through new employer and make sure new employer files H1 to H1 TRANSFER with recent pay stubs, many lawyers file NEW Fresh H1.

or should I file with the letter, and wait for the approval/questions?

Ginnu,

Thanks a lot.
One other thing...I was talking to my current employer, and they said they might be able to generate paystubs spanning April and May. Would those be enough?

However, I have none from Jan thru March.
Would CIS look that closely into YTD pay in the pay stubs?

-----It seems that your current employer is ready to cooperate with your H1 transfer better have 3 recent pay stubs then file H1 Transfer, USCIS may approve with 2 pay stubs but why to take chance???
