H1 transfer issue

Hi.
I am on H1 B and planning to switch my company.

I have lost my passport and I-94 and i have got the duplicate of passport few days back. But no new I-94 yet.

My new company has asked for passport copy and I-94 copy.

B4 i proceed, i want to make sure i make a qualifying case for H1 transfer without any issues.

can any one of you shed light, whether i can proceed with the above handicap (if at all it is??)

No problem. A duplicate I94 can be applied for in the same package as the transfer of H-1.
