H1 transfer Cancellation and work

I recently applied for a H1 transfer from company A to company B (Oct '02). Since the approval is taking too long, can I cancel my current application and continue using the H1 from company A and work again for them? Company A wants me back.

You can continue working with company A since they have not canceled your H1. Canceling pending H1 with another company will not affect it.
 
well there are issues. I need dates (backed by paystubs) before making a call on this one. Better off, consult a lawyer...

I am working for Company B and would like to go back to Company A. I have paystubs from Company A till October '02 and current paytsubs from Company B.

The H1 transfer has not gone through yet. Can I switch back to Company A - I have a offer letter. Is it just a simple cancellation of the H1 transfer.
