H1 transfer and new job offer

Hi i have few questions.
I have applied for H1 transfer from company A to B on feb 19th. thats the applucation received date. in the mean time INS asked for resume etc.. to be set which was sent back on may 15th. No i got anoffer from Company C. I am waiting for h1 to transfer to company B. Since its getting delayed how could i accept the offer from company C and do my H1 transfer??? my last paystuff from company A is jan 1st. i have been working for company B till now. do i have to transfer using Company A H1 ??? Please let me know teh solution bcos i am on bench forcompany b and ist imp that i accept company C.

The only problem in moving to company C from B is that If company B H1 is rejected or withdrawn then your period from Jan to June is out of status. You can be deported anytime and cannot enter USA for next 3 to 10 years.

TOne way to solve this problem, is to spend 1000+ lawyer fees to convert A to B as a premium processing case, get approved in 10-15 days, then apply for B to C. Even then if you dont have any paystub from company B, then your company C H1 might also be in trouble.

You can apply for company C visa as a new visa- get the visa stamp from home country. Maybe you can spend the $1000 here for premium processing. Rejection possibility is 1%...i.e. very less
 
Do u have any idea how long its taking now for transfer?? because my lawyer said it could be coming any soon.
and also what are teh changes of h1 transfer rejections???? i have been having h1 for 3 years now?? other than checking status on the net which is a general status depending on teh date of receiving can i call and find out the exact status. it will be a great help if u can tell me. thanks,

Whatever you are finding online is the actual status. What is your service center and what does the online status say??
