H1 Transfer and H4 Visa Stamping Issues - URGENT!!!

I'm working in Company A for the more than 4 years with H1B. I got the H1B extension stamping (revalidation) in US on Jan 2003 valid till 2005. I'm making my marriage trip to India on November. So I got H4 appointment in Chennai on November by giving current H1B details. Now my client offered a job and I'm in a position of taking the offer immediately from October onwards. My client told that they will process the H1B trasfer in the premium processing and get the H1B papers within 2 weeks. Also I'll have only one pay stub from my client before going for the India trip. My questions are:

1. Do I need to get the stamping for the H1B trasfer while coming back from India on November end?

2. If "No" for question 1, do I need to give the old H1B papers or new H1B trasfer papers for H4 visa stamping. But I've given the old H1B visa details when I got the H4 appointment.

3. If "yes" for question 1, do I need to get the stamping before my wife go for H4 visa stamping or we can do at the same time? Since I already took the appoitment for H4 then how can we both can get the stamping together? For H1B trasfer stamping I need to go to Dropbox only. Do you guys have any idea of this situation?

2. Give both info, with employment letter from new employer. You chose the wrong time to do the employer switch, but you can argue this out easily.
3. Try dropbox 10-14 days before H4 appointment, if possible . otherwise just give all documentation. DOS will not stamp your passport when you have a visa valid till 2005

1. Since no need to get the visa stamping for my new H1, my passport will have the old employer name in the visa. In that case, which employer name will be in my wife's visa (H4)?

2. If the H4 visa has new employer name (but the H1B visa stamping will be with old employer name), will it be any issues in the Port Of Entry?

----- New employer name as she has to show your current new H1 approval notice

When you enter US show your passport visa with past employer name and new H1 approval notice so that Inspector should give you I-94 valid till your new H1 approval notice, if he tries to give I-94 till passport visa ask to see the supervisor because many are new recruits and get it corrected at POE
