H1 tranfer Premium Processing Urgent!!

Hi

Can any one tell me what is the fee for Premium Processing and how many days it is taking.. I am working in company A want to do a H1 transfer to company B who is willing to do a transfer only by Ordinary processing which is taking 90 to 150 days.Since i am planning to bring my mother in the month of Dec and I need to send the H1 document of the company B.

15-20 days after USCIS recieves the application, IF they send any RFE then again time resets for 15-20 days after RFE is recived by USCIS

----- that is upto you/your employer to go for premium or regular
you can pay the Premium processing fees to employer or lawyer

FYi, I sent the extension receipt when my parents went for interview, had no problems with the rest of the docs, check my posts in the B visa section
