H1 Status Question....

Hi,
I recently got a H1B transfer RFE and there was a very small Out of Status Period between the two jobs...

My question is if USCIS approves H1 Transfer with counsler processing and I have to go back to home country for stamping... Then does my employment with second company invaild... I mean will these days too considered as out of status? Also my I94 recently expired

If you are out of status, you will get your H1 approved without an I 94 at bottom of the approval notice. So you have to go out of USA to get your visa stamped before joining your second company.

H1 Transfer Approved

Hi,
My H1B Transfer now states that its been approved on 9th June and a approval reciept has been sent...

Does it mean its approved with I94 or without I94 ? Now where I-94 is mentioned in approval message and I have not yet got the approval notice...
