H1 status in last 6 years,recenlty got L1-B still can I transfer my H1?

Hi,

I kindly request someone to help me out with this query.
I was having h1-b and it is till valid till Nov 2006 and recently came to US on L1-B .

Can i still transfer my H1-B with another employer??

Do I need to wait till the h1-b cap?

From when to when were you in the US on H1 and on L1, respectively ?
