My problem was that i was on bench for 2 months. i got an offer from a company and were asking for latest paystubb which is 2 montsh old. now what the lawyer says is since ur paystubb is 2 months old we will apply for new h1 B and u have to go to india for stamping. i had snet my passport for revalidation to stlouis which didnt get stamped. last yr i was on bench for quite sometime.
now my question is since revalidation didnt happen and was told to go to india for getting it stamped was put" cancelled without prejudice" will it effect getting stamped in chennai.
what documents to take. if taking tax returns. will it effect that the amount is low in tax return because i was on bench for quite sometime. Please give me helful tips the interview procedure etc..
