Hi,
According to the information I downloaded while making and appointment at Toronto, the nvars.com website listed the documents I must take to Canada for the H1B stamp, and among them: Valid passport (valid for at least 6 months past the intended stay in the U.S.). My H1B approval expires on 03/2005, but my passport expires on 05/2005. Does this mean that I must get my passport extended before I goto Canda for the stamp? If yes, then the last time I checked, the Indian consulate wont extend your passport unless its valid for less than a year. Please help!
