H1 revalidation

Hello,
I have query, I have converted my Visit visa to H1 b visa in states. I dont have H1 visa on my passport. Now I want to go to canada. can i come back within 30 days without going to consulate. What i will be needing at POE. Your input will be highly appreciated.
