My first 3 years of H1 is expiring in April 2005. What documents should be submitted along with the H1 renewal form. Thanks.

The documentation requirements are almost the same. However, you need the latest job offer letter from your employer and recent pay stubs/W-2s.

No, I don't think its required, provide your Job offer letter from your employer & laterst pay stubs.
