H1 renewal applied, travelling to India

Hi folks,

My H1 (first 3 years) is expiring in October '03 and i have applied for my H1 renewal which is expected to come in November. I plan to go to India in December. In case my second H1 does not come thru by that time, can I go to India and re-enter on the basis of my H1 renewal application?

--- If it comes in November then you have to Get visa stamp in passport from India based on new H1 extension approval
In case my second H1 does not come thru by that time, can I go to India and re-enter on the basis of my H1 renewal application?
---- you need passport visa stamp to enter after October 03, you can not enter from India with expired visa and valid H1 extension approval, get the visa stamped in India. request your employer to send your H1 extension approval to you in india if you leave before you get approval in your hands
