Hello Sir,
I need some input/suggestions from you people.
I was on H1 , and my Wife who was on H4 , applied for H1, when her application was pending, i applied for a H1 transfer for myself and filed I539 EXT of stay for her. First she got her H1 approval(with change of status to H1), then after few days she got her H4 Extension(I539) approval.
We called up USCIS, and we told that we have both the status.So we didnt take any special action, and she kept on staying on H4.
Please guide us.
