H1/H4 Transfer while H4 out of country-Help Jim/Jaxen

Hi
I have question on H1/H4 Transfer.
Is it OK to go ahead with H1/H4 Transfer while dependant(H4) is not physically present in the USA..? Or wait till H4 gets back to the USA and file H4 alone..?
Anyhow H1 will be present in the country during the transfer..

What if during her stay out of the country my current H1/H4 is revoked..?

Please Advice..

Wait till H4 comes back to do H4 transfer/extension, since I94 is required .
If current H1 is revoked, H4 might become invalid. In this scenario you can apply for H4 extension and send the H4 approval to spouse waiting in home country and get a new H4 before entering US..
