H1/H4 premium processing

Dear All,
If H1 status petition has been submitted for premium processing, does it mean that the H4 dependent petition submitted along with it will also be processed in 15 days?
My spouse's H1 USCIS online status says "it takes 10-15 days for this kind of processing" but my H4 online status says "it takes 60-90 days for this kind of processing". Both petitions were submitted together as part of a single packet.
I shall appreciate any input.

Usually H1 and H4 processed and approved on the same day for premium process. Computer citation is standard, whenever H4, the std note will appear "60-90" days. Thanks.
