Hello Friends,

The H Classification Supplement to I-129 form requires to include the
entry/exits of all H visa holders including the dependents and requires to attach the copies or I-94 or I-797 with the application.

Unfortunately  I don't have copies of first I-94 for my dependents, how to overcome this problem. I'd greatly appreciate if someone who was in simillar situation could help me with this issue or have any other information. I'm doing the H1 and H4 extension filing by my-self.

Thanks in advance.

If you lost it then you have apply one, may take 180 days.

How long before need to travel to get stamping ?

Hi Friends :

Have a question, my wife converted to H4 from a previous L1B visa in 2005 - March. We got the approval in June/July 2005 - but we have not got a stamping done on her passport, meanwhile - my next extension is due in July 2006 - and we have filed for both H1 and H4 extension and recieved the reciept notices. My question is, Is there a max amount of time she can stay without getting the stamping done ? or is there a time limit which states beyond certain time after approval - SHE HAS TO travel to get her stamping done and ONLY then enter the country ? - is there any such rule ?

Thanks,
