H1 for job one and EAD for job two at the same time

I am using my H1 for job one. When I use my EAD for job two, the employer said NO to me. Is it against the INS regulations by using EAD for the second job?

Your Employer is Wrong

You can legally use your EAD to work for any employer after your I-485 is unadjudicated for more than 180 days. And once you get your AP your H1 ceases.
Having said this the only risk you have is in case your I485 gets rejected in which case you will be out of status immediately (but before and if that happens you will deffinitely get a RFE or interview and at that stage you can file for transfer of your current H1).
These are my views and check with an attorney first.

Even before 180 days...

I know if we get the EAD , we can use it even before 180 days for second jobs. Please correct me on any wrong information.

Work for multiple night time jobs by using EAD and one day time job by using H1???

Can we use EAD for other odd jobs (night time) and use H1 for the first job (day time)?

U cannot use both H1 and EAD at the same time

The I-9 should be consistent. U can have 2 H1s (with both employer aware of it) or can be on EAD (legally not required to get agreement from both employers) with both.
AP does not invalidate H1 and EAD supercedes H1.
My take.

Your H1 is invalid once you use EAD

Once you used EAD, for any kind of job, part time or full time, daytime or night time, supermarket or IT, your H-1 is invalid. You should inform the first employer (H1 sponsor) and let them do the admin. work. (It is not a great deal of work they need to do.) They don\'t need to inform the INS of the termination of H-1 or anything.

But be careful, if you are planning to leave the country during this period (485 pending). You will need AP to re-enter since your H-1 is invalid.

New H-1 and not transfer of H-1

Sandy02 is right, except that I think a new H-1 has to be applied. You cannot transfer your old H-1 because it is no longer valid.
