H1 - first time - 2 approvals A and B - 1 stamping from A - but want to join B

I am in India and have never worked in US before.

I got H1 approved by company A and got the stamping as well.
I am yet to go to US.

Now company B filed a new H1 petition and got it approved.
I have received the approval notice also.

I want to join this new company B
Do I need to go for another visa stamping?

or I can travel to US with old Visa stamping from company A and the approval notice from Company B?

Company B visa can be usuable only you endorse it in your passport and obtain I 94 at the POE in US to work with comp B.

if you go with Comp A visa with B approval notice, B approval notice is only a piece of paper has no value and you can not work with comp B.

If you want to work with B , Comp B has to file an H1 (Transfer A to B) while you are in US.

Otherwise go to embassy for Comp B visa stamping before coming to US.
