Now I m in OPT. I am going to file my H1 this april 2007. At the same time can I goto india (as brother's marriage on apr 20). If its not the case, then please suggest alternatives. Thanks in advance.
I am working now. My question is that, I will start filing in april, while its in processing can I go out of the country or is it mandatory that I need to stay in the coutry until My H1 is approved.
Generally a beneficiary requesting for a COS, should be present in the country until a decision is reached! Going out of country means the beneficiary is no longer interested in pursuing the COS. I maybe wrong, but this is what I know!
