H1 extension time - Chicago

Hi all,
My H1 was filed for extension on 15 Feb through normal processing by my employer from Chicago. Still I have not got it. The BCIS web site says it takes 30-120 days for this kind of case. Could anyone tell me how long does it take normally if filed from Chicago?
Also my wife's H4 extension was also filed along with that. Now, my question is that would my H1 and my wife H4 will be extended together or she will get it late because for H4 extension BCIS web site is giving longer time range.
 
should get it sooner. Were you watching this case online every week? Maybe there was a RFE and the response is causing the delay. 6 months is normal everywhere nowadays though.
Call the service center and find out what is happening (see receipt notice for number)
