H1 Extension by re-couping delayed months,question..

Hi,
Please help me if any body knows about this.

Is it possible that I can do one more extension on my H1?

Here is my info

First H1 approved -- October 15,1999 to October 15,2002
First Entry in US -- April 8, 2000
First extension -- 2002 October to 2005 October

Since I came to US only in April 2000, can I do one more extension until 2006 April, and
also can I include the days that I was India on vacation when I do the next extension.

----YES , you can includate and send passport copy pages that show your stamp in passport when you landed out of US( at airport you get stamp when you enter) write that in cover letter and point to evidence of entry to US and landing in your home country, genearly they dont recapture, all depends how your lawyer argues the extension with documents
