I have few questions regarding my H1B extrension.

Currently I'm with a company which has filed my GC one year ago and
I'm eligible for applying H1B extension and my questions are...

1) If a join new company now, will they be able to file for my extension?

2) Can my current company in any way object this if they want to and
what would be the implications?

3) What are the documents and details needed by the new company to
file for extension?

4) If the new company is filing for GC (perm process) will they have
to advertise again or can they just use the earlier ad

5) Can the new company apply for both new H1 and H1 Extension together

I will suggest you post more details about your case like when was your Labor certification applied, is it approved or not, when is your H1 6 year expiring etc. Users will be able to help you in a better way.
