H1 Cancelled and trying to Revoke!Please help

Hi

My employer has cancelled my H1 without informing me and when i found
a Project on my own and tried to enter into subcontract with my company
my employer signed the subcontract and cooly informs me that my H1 is
cancelled, I checked the automated voice mail and the message says
that my H1 is disapproved/cancelled, My employer is sending a letter
to INS stating that my name is included in the list by mistake and trying
to reapprove, Do you think that this is the right way of doing it or
am i out of status though i am on project now.Please help
me.

Get another H1...

Keep your options open. Do not rely on one employer. If your H1 is cancelled, try to sign a new conditional contract including notice period about H1 cancellation info.
 
Automated voice mail which asks for your EAC Numbers

You can check by giving your H1 EAC Numbers the status of your old
H1\'s also to check whether your previous employers cancelled your
H1 or not.
