I am on H1-B1. Can I get visa stamp from Mexico or Do I have to go to home country (Bangladesh) for stamping?

I am working for a company and they sponsored my H1-b as a part time employee. Currently I am getting $24000/annum as a salary.
My question is: Is it possible to apply for my visa stamping in Canada with my current situation eg: part time job status and salary range.
