I am in H1B and my wife is Green card holder. yeasterday i layed off from the company. my question is how long my h1 stay and can i applied through my wife. and also can apply I130, I-765, I485?

You will be out of status as soon as you get laid off.

You do not have many options here, get another sponser immediately or get I 20 and change your H1 to F1 without going out side US.

Your wife's Green card may not help you right now. But you can file I 130 immediatley for getting periority dates. How many years more for your wife to get her citizenship.

You can not file your I 485 or work authorization now. If you are from India then the priority date for you is 01April2002. You have to wait several years. But your gets US citizenhship then you can file I 130/485 etc without waiting.

Once you get your F1 you should not travel outside US.
