H1 B working for a previous employer

I was working for company A and filed for H1 transfer to work for Company B. After working for a month with company B can I go back to working for company A on the old H1? Company A hasnt's cancelled my H1. Comp B's H1 got approved and I received 1 paycheck from comp B.

It is not clear whether Comp B's H1 got approved ? or Did you get pay stub from Comp B?
