H1-B visa stamp in ottawa

I have an appoitment for my H1-b visa stamp on Sept 30th,2006. I have US master degree and I got 2 h-1b visa stamps in toronto before.Please let me know:
1. Can I enter Canada with my passport and my canadian immigrant landing paper(I don't have PR card because I live in us even I landed 5 yrs ago)?
2. Will I get a multiple entry visa or 1 time entry visa?

------------ one can use the landing paper if travelling with car from US to Canada.I dont think your Canada PR status is valid one need to be in Canada for 2 years in 5 years.
2. Will I get a multiple entry visa or 1 time entry visa?
------------- that depends what you ask for. FYI on Single entery visitor visa one can enter Canada more than one time from US

Please post your updates for getting Canada visitor visa having PR Abandoned .
 
I entered Canada with a single entry visa, and it was cancelled by the Canadian immigration authorities.
You cannot enter more than once, if you have Single entry visa.

If they allowed us to enter Canada on a single-entry visa ($70), why would they keep the option of multiple-entry visa ($140)...
