H1-B visa - Port of Entry

Hello all,

I got my H1-B visa from Company A in Jun 2005. I got it stamped from Mexico in Sept, 2005. The visa is valid until Sept, 08.
Later, I joined Company B in Dec 2005, I got my H1-B visa transferred and I have the new I-94. I am now planning to travel to India in Nov. Can I travel with the existing visa and new I-94 or Do I need to get my visa stamped?

or Do I need to get my visa stamped?
