I was Canadian Landed Immigrant who moved to US on a H1-B Status. I got my H1-B entry stamp on on the border because of my Canadian Landed Immigrant Status in Nov 2002 and was not required to go a US Embassy to get a H1-B VISA.
Post March 2003 the new rule for Canadian Landed Immigrants is that they need a Visa to enter US. If I go out of US (to Caribbean) will I be able to re-enter US or will i need a H1-B Visa from a US Embasssy. Appreciate your input.
