I have quite strange situation, I got H1B with Company and work at client for project via company A(means work @client site for company A) and recently client wants to offer me full-time position for which client wants to do H1B transfer which will take 2 months. Unfortunately Company A came to know about position being offered at client,I convince my company saying that I didn't get any position at client since client position is n't of sure till H1B transfer so I want to keep status. My company A didn't say anything about H1B cancellation but I wanted to prepare for anything to keep my status just in case, so do I have to my H1B transfer through company B right before my company A cancel my H1B. In fact company A is pretty small and how much probability is there for company A to cancel my H1b and important thing I am working for company A at client where contract is there for 2 more months, so client want me to start working for client immeditely after my contract. So what do you think my options are right now, what should be better thing for me to do. Please pass on your advice ASAP which will really help me.
