H1-B Transfer

My new employer has applied for H1-B transfer to Nebraska Service Center. I got a LIN number and joined the new company. But, servcie center is asking for additional documents. Does it affect my case? If I don't get approval what will be my status i.e. can I go back to the old company or I have to leave US?
 
If you can satisfy the doc requirements you should be able to get the approval. If not approved , decision about the previous H1 will also be made. So you will know.
