H1-B transfer requirement HELP!!

I graduated last year and started my opt and worked for company A in California. Company A put me on a project for 11 months and meanwhile they filed my H1. Now my H1 is apporved and started in October.

But since october i have had no project. Company A paid me paystubs all this time. But from company A I have had no pay stubs after october because no project.

Can I use the paystubs from the time I was on opt to do a H1 transfer? If not is there any other way to do a H1 transfer?

--------- you will need 2-3 recent pay stubs for H1 transfer. if you are on H1 and employer is not paying according to LCA then employer is Violating H1 law and you may be out of status.
