Hi All,
I came to US on company A's H1-B visa on Feb 2003. I got an offer from company B and Company B filed for my H1-B transfer on 15th Sept. 2004. I started working for company B on transfer receipt. INS raised an RFE which company B replied, but i just came to know yesterday that my H1-B visa is denied by INS. Company B is contesting against INS. I still hold company A's H1-B which is valid till Mar,2006 but i no longer work for company A since 15th Sept 2004.
1) I have applied my H1-B transfer to Company C now what are the chances of me getting it ?
2) Does INS branches share info between branches Company B's H1-B was filed in california and Company C transfer is filed in Texas ?
3) What are the possibility of my getting H1 through company C ?
Kindly help me. Please share if some one has gone through such kind of case.
Awaiting your response.
Thanks
