I have a question regarding H1 Transfer:
I am working for company A, and i went on unpaid vacation for 2 months (in US only, did not go outside) . I have a got another job within 4 weeks, and i have applied for H1 transfer under regular processing and it will take 2+ months to get the approval. I started working for company B.
Now my question is can i use company A H1b and employement verification letter and pay stubs to apply for H1 transfer to company C. (The two months vacation is not yet over with company A). Do i have to wait for the Company B H1 to be approved before i can go to Company C?
If i cant use Company A for the new H1 transfer, is it possible to apply for transfer(to C) before company B H1 is approved.
