H1-B Transfer / Extension

I have some questions related to H1-B transfer & extension.

1. How much time does it normally take or a H1-B Transfer? Is there a premium process for this, and if so, how much time does that one take?

2. Can I do a H1-B extension against a pending H1-B Transfer? My H1-B is valid till April of next year. Suppose I apply for a transfer and have not received the documents by then, can I apply for an extension against the transfer?

---depends on service center, 3-5 months

----- yes one can file H1 transfer with premium processing by paying $1000 extra and will get approval in 15-20 days from fiiling
2. Can I do a H1-B extension against a pending H1-B Transfer?
----- your question is not clear, if you mean to say that you filed H1 transfer and has a reciept of h1 transfer filing still you can go for premium processing
