1. Is there a limit on the number of H1B petitions with the USCIS for one individual for FY'06? I would like to file my H1 petitions with different employers because I am not sure which one would certainly get approved.

2. Is there any kind of risk involved if I file my H1 petition with an employer who has never filed H1, no full time employees and it gets rejected?

3. Will this affect my other H1 petitions (because one got rejected)? Will a rejection (because of one employer) have a negative impact on my other H1 petitions?

1. No limit as long as company can pay more prevailing wage. if there are too many H1s, they need to go with extra, such as paying more salary or running recruit before they hire you.
2. No risk because of what you mentioned.
3. It depends on the reason of rejection. if it's company's issue, then no impact on others.
